Inspiration has hit the boys on this project: what if they combine a smoke shack with a bourbon bar? The smoker is the perfect 'smoke screen' that will allow the bros to hit the bar while their wives think they are working hard on preparing food for dinner.

We laminated our maple boards edge to edge to build the smoking chamber box where our food will sit. Be sure to use a hardwood such as maple or a fruitwood such as apple or cherry, to avoid the ‘off-gassing’ and nasty creosote emitted from softwoods such as pine.
