Ultimate Playground
While growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional. Kevin and Andrew build the Ultimate Playground, complete with a teeter-totter, a zipline, a slackline, — and a man-sized version of a baby bouncer! Listen to your wife and lay out a plan to build a playground for the kids because something’s got to get them away from the TV and their iDevices.
Step 2
We don’t want to build your typical playground. The kids already have something like that at home and it doesn’t make sense to merely replicate it at the cottage. The first thing we installed was a slack line. Tied between two trees a short distance off the ground, the slackline allows kids to work on their balance in a safe environment.
