For the bar, we’re on a budget. We’re gonna repurpose materials from around the house starting with the base of the bar, which will come from an old platform that we tore out of the second floor. We’ll also use part of it to make a custom wine rack. The bar is gonna have a rustic look with the bar top made of old wood planks and stools constructed out of reclaimed wood forms. With the same material, Kevin’s gonna make a coin toss game, while Andrew’s gonna wrap some rope around this dart board to complete our gaming component. With all our money saved, we’ll splurge on the beer which will flow from two separate taps on a commercial-grade kegerator. When complete, the bar will be the central hub for all our project planning and gatherings in the house
